Miyawaki Style of Tree Planting.
Miyawaki is a technique pioneered by Japanese botanist Akira Miyawaki, that helps build dense, native forests. The approach is supposed to ensure that plant growth is 10 times faster and the resulting plantation is 30 times denser than usual. It involves planting dozens of native species in the same area, and becomes maintenance-free after the first three years.

നേതാജി വായനശാല, ഗ്രാമത്തിന്റെ ജലരേഖകൾ പഠന വിഷയമാകുന്ന ഒരു project മാസങ്ങൾക്കു മുൻപേ തുടങ്ങിയിരുന്നു. അതിന്റെ blog വായിച്ച്, തൃശൂരിലെ Vimala College ലെ Computer Science department ആ ആശയം ഒരു innovative technology project ആയി kerala state level competition ന് അയച്ചു, and they have shortlisted from തൃശ്ശൂർ district. Young Innovative Projects ന്റെ finale യിൽ ഈ പ്രൊജക്റ്റ് അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനു മുൻപായി ഇന്ന് നേതാജി വായനശാലയിൽ ഈ പ്രോജക്ടിന്റെ discussion നടന്നു. ഒരുപക്ഷേ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു വായനശാലയിൽ ഇത്തരത്തിലൊരു പ്രോഗ്രാം ആദ്യമായിരിക്കാം. സാങ്കേതിക മുന്നേറ്റങ്ങൾ ഗ്രന്ഥശാല പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തിന് കരുത്തു പകരട്ടെ...
